We are looking for someone who can manage the production of content for all our Campaign and BAU projects across all channels and touchpoints (including but not limited to social paid, organic social, email, website, events, studios and more). As a Content Producer at Brosa, you’ll get to:

  • Lead the development of briefs, timelines & cost estimates ensuring high-quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery on all projects.
  • Manage the coordination of internal teams (such as creative, social, digital, paid, brand, product, factories) and external teams (videographers, photographers, location, talent) to deliver key projects in line with our marketing calendar.
  • Manage campaign pre-production, including but not limited to: gathering input from all stakeholders to ensure an accurate brief, organising & attending locations, equipment bookings and transportation, call sheets, talent management, crew booking and payment facilitation.
  • Manage campaign shoots: ensuring content is captured as per brief, keeping shoot on schedule and ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Manage campaign post-production, including but not limited to: deadline management, running the feedback process with internal stakeholders & final asset management (folders on the server, shared documents in the drive, right stakeholders informed, etc).
  • Run the weekly content production & management for ongoing BAU assets: marketing calendar inputs and digital content briefing, video production for ongoing studio content.
  • Briefing in required assets to internal teams with deadlines, such as renders for product lifestyles, written and video stylist content and more.

What you bring to the table

  • Demonstrated experience as a production manager or specialist in social, digital or video content.
  • An eye for detail and exceptional time management.
  • Organised: you meet deadlines and help others meet them, too.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Connected to suppliers who specialise in social/content creation.
  • Has a ‘can-do’ attitude, is adaptable to change and is solutions-focused.
  • Can anticipate problems before they arise and ensure the smooth running of the job.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Cool and calm under pressure, solutions-focused, problem solver.
