About us

Seer Medical is a team of experts in clinical science, biomedical engineering, and product design tackling some of the most challenging problems in medical diagnostics. Founded in 2017, Seer has grown rapidly to deliver an at-home video-EEG-ECG service for seizure diagnostics and management that has now helped over 5,000 people around Australia find the cause of their seizures. We are passionate about empowering people to take control of their health and are now working towards making gold-standard medical testing available all over the world.

About the role

The graphic designer would join the marketing team to create content for both digital and print channels including, but not limited to:

Digital — website assets, landing pages, paid and organic social media assets, eDM, eDetailers

Print — brochures, instructional handbooks, signage, conference/trade show displays

We are looking for a talented and versatile graphic designer who can interpret a brief and deliver designs from concept to creation. The successful candidate will be creative, intuitive, technically excellent, and comfortable with the iterative and constructive process of approving designs. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and understanding their requirements is an integral part of this role.

Skills required

  • 5+ years industry experience
  • A qualification (degree/certificate) in Graphic Design
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
  • Experience with Premiere Pro or After Effects an advantage
  • Experience with email automation systems (Mailchimp or equivalent)
  • Layout, typography and design capabilities with a demonstrated portfolio of work across print, digital and social media
  • Proven experience designing for online and offline channels to brand guidelines
  • Experience with product photography, styling, and basic image retouching would be highly regarded
  • Demonstrated understanding of finished art and pre-press, alongside experience working within both digital and print colour spaces
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Experience working on a creative team and collaborating with internal stakeholders
  • Basic understanding user experience best practice
