THE ICONIC is hiring a Performance Partnerships Manager - Affiliates to join the Paid Performance team. We are looking for a strategic, analytical, go-getter with 3-5 years of experience in the Affiliate or Partnerships space you will reporting into the Senior Affiliate and Commercial Partnerships Manager and working closely with the Partnerships Specialist.

What’s involved… 

  • Directly responsible for day-to-day management of Affiliate & Partnerships program
  • Devise and lead marketing strategy for the channel
  • Manage reporting of the channel
  • Manage budget planning based on expected promotional activity
  • Send regular communication of promotional/campaign activity to affiliates
  • Negotiation and coordination of commission rates and tenancy fees in order to
  • increase channel exposure
  • Post-offer/campaign analysis to provide insight into performance
  • Management of publisher applications and onboarding of new affiliates
  • Manage monthly invoicing & PO process
  • Work cross-teams (eg. Trade Marketing, PR, Social, Category Management, Content & Production, Legal and Finance) to devise strategy, planning and execution of campaigns
  • Map out affiliate calendar to ensure strong exposure is locked in throughout the year, especially throughout the Q4 period

About You:

  • Affiliate and/or Partnerships experience - 3 years minimum
  • Experience working with affiliate networks and product feeds
  • Strong industry knowledge (eg. ITP, IDFA etc)
  • Experience in managing a diverse set of affiliate/partnership types
  • Experience in leading commercial negotiations with partners
  • Data-oriented and analytical
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • A can-do attitude and excellent communication style
  • You have a strong track record of onboarding key partners and growing affiliate revenue, with an ability to prioritise partnership opportunities with the highest commercial value
  • You are a strong negotiator
  • You think outside-the-box when it comes to affiliate/partnership marketing
  • You have a bold sense of confidence and trust in yourself
  • You enjoy a fast pace, constant change and feel comfortable in a ‘test and learn’ environment
