About the Opportunity

This customer facing role manages the delivery projects of varying degrees of complexity leveraging our PharmMap platform, ensuring repeatable and scalable delivery process, to ensure all project commitments are defined, fulfilled and supported.

Working with cross-functional team members to understand customer needs and deliver high quality data analysis, whilst balancing long term business goals and short-term execution requirements. You are a self-starting pragmatic thinker focussing on maximising both short and longer-term customer success through;

Proactive Project Delivery Management: Responsibility for end-to-end project management: Ensuring projects and support are delivered on time, with high satisfaction (internal and external). This includes the gathering of customer requirements and data gathering, delivery, testing and production release.

Process and Systems: Development, ongoing refinement and adherence to scalable processes and systems to enable repeatable and scalable delivery

Stakeholder management: Work with cross-functional team members to understand customer requirements, advise/adjust resource scheduling to meet priority needs, proactive progress reporting of in-flight projects, including any potential impacts on timeline/budget/scope

Data Analysis - Data exploration and analysis and coordinating ongoing data maintenance. Perform platform, user acceptance and system integration testing as required. Understanding and mapping client data and designing the logic for the required data transformations.

To be successful in this role you will have;

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience with tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering or Health Science related field
  • Proven experience working with customers and delivering on internal and external priorities, within a data centric/business intelligence focused industry
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the technical nature of Saas products and the B2B environment, including; JIRA, SQL, Data-warehousing, BI & data transformation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to work effectively across internal/external stakeholders and manage expectations.
  • Continuously improving our processes and systems by using data;
  • Proactive self-motivated ownership attitude. Willing to seek out information and drive towards a successful outcome without specific direction, but aligned with the product and corporate vision;
  • Confident and calm hands, able to communicate to stakeholders effectively;
  • Analytical and data driven with high attention to detail whilst always keeping an eye on the big picture;
  • Able to thrive in an environment of flux, and rapid evolving development

Preferred qualifications, experience and expertise


  • Experience using software tools: Alteryx, Tableau, Knime or others.
  • Relevant commercial and/or operations management experience in the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Expertise in GIS
