Zeller’s scaling quickly - we are Australia’s fastest ever company to reach ‘Unicorn’ status, and we need an amazing Recruitment / HR Coordinator to support the HR Lead and hiring managers as we grow our team with talented and innovative people.

Reporting to the HR Lead, you’ll be responsible for hiring logistics/admin, and partnering with HR for any onboarding and early-stage employee lifecycle tasks.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You'll be overseeing the facilitation of hiring processes - crafting fun and engaging adverts; posting roles onto multiple job boards and other sites; scheduling interviews, and being a knowledgeable and collaborative partner to our hiring managers;
  • Ensuring Lever, our Application Tracking System (ATS), remains updated/ current;
  • Coordinating meet-ups and other events, to attract and engage candidates to Zeller;
  • Background/Working rights checks (VEVO);
  • Employee contracts and onboarding (via our HR system, and in partnership with HR);
  • Other ad-hoc HR / hiring responsibilities (building out positive and engaging initiatives; DE&I; Employee Value Prop - whatever takes your fancy!).
  • You will likely have experience/skills in:

  • Partnering with hiring managers from acquisition submission stage through to appointing a successful candidate.
  • Crafting JDs/adverts and advertising roles through both traditional and non traditional mediums - we love thinking outside the box and would love you to, too;
  • Navigating a HRIS (we use Employment Hero) and other systems (Lever and Linkedin, amongst others)
  • Communicating via Slack and Google Suite (not a given, we can help with these).
  • A bit about you:

  • You’ll have previous experience in a recruitment or HR role; if you’re experienced in recruitment only, then an interest in HR is a must!
  • You are an engaging communicator - you know how to adapt your communication style to different audiences (written and verbal);
  • You have high attention to detail;
  • You’re excellent at juggling multiple priorities and are able to pivot as needed;
  • You are creative, proactive and a total team player;
  • Problem solving and process improvement will be one of your passions;
  • Previous experience in a startup or tech environment would be great but isn’t a dealbreaker.
