We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Sydney team to support our sustained client growth. This role is primarily focused on furthering our core product functionality as well as the integrations that make our product successful! This is a consulting focused role with internal and external stakeholders so if you’re wanting to extend your reach from pure technical to include client engagement, this is the perfect opportunity. 

Ideally, you are a Salesforce SME, and your primary focus will be supporting the Lead Product Manager to shape the finer details of our platform proposition. A huge part of your role will be to understand what our customers do and how they interact with our platform and what we need to do to make that experience the best it possibly can be.

What you'll do:

  • Unravel and uncover requirements from our stakeholders, document and manage initiatives from requirements to implementation and continuous iteration.
  • Proven experience working with partially-defined specifications, gathering requirements, writing use cases and user stories, defining acceptance criteria, shaping and grooming backlog items.
  • Use your Salesforce platform (and Practifi product knowledge) to finalise the specifications, including identifying the deliverables the Engineering team will be building. 
  • Collaborate with Engineering as-needed to resolve technical design questions.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Product Designer to resolve overall product design issues. 
  • Research and test hypothesise for improved experiences with our customers and users. 
  • Ensuring the end solutions are in line with market and customer expectations. 
  • Are confident in flying the Practifi flag at industry conferences and conventions. 
  • About you:

  • 1-2 years’ experience working at a Salesforce implementation partner, either styled as a BA or a consultant.
  • Previous experience running requirements workshops client-side, summarising the outcomes and documenting them for consumption by a development team.
  • Previous experience working in an engagement manager-type work by virtue of being client-side regularly through the project life cycle.
  • An interest in working on one product to continuously improve, iterate and provide current and future client solutions. 
  • Experience working in an Agile cross functional, geographically dispersed team is a massive bonus.
