What we are looking for

We are on the hunt for an all star Inbound Sales Consultant to join a dedicated fast-growing team inside Brosa. This role will handle inbound phone and web enquiries from a range of customers nationwide including property investors, holiday-home owners and apartment owners, looking for a full residential property fit-out solution.

As an Inbound Sales Consultant you will focus on understanding the client’s needs, designing solutions and overseeing the successful close and delivery of the sale. You will be a highly motivated sales professional with a strong track record of selling over the phone, exceeding your sales targets and developing strong relationships with your clients. You will be results-orientated, passionate about surpassing customer expectations and excited by the opportunity to join a high growth team.

Initially starting on the phone, the role also opens an exciting pathway for you to grow a career in sales and business development.

Requirements

You have

  • 4+ years in a business development or account management role
  • Strong sales acumen and a natural enthusiasm for following up on leads and closing sales
  • Experience with CRM platforms and managing sales funnels
  • Proven ability to manage your time, set and meet targets, and execute on a plan to drive results
  • Excellent phone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Natural resourcefulness and ability to find what you need to get the job done
  • Conviction in the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A passion for interiors, product and design
  • Tech savviness and a knack for quickly learning new systems
  • A natural curiosity and openness to new ways of thinking

Bonus experience

  • Experience and/or interest in interior styling or design and a creative eye
  • Prior experience in consultative selling techniques and building long-lasting customer relationships

You will

  • Deliver on and exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Handle all inbound enquiries (phone and web) ensuring accurate entry of opportunities into our CRM and proactively management through the sales process
  • Develop relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Present Brosa’s products in innovative and tailored ways to create compelling value propositions for clients
  • Lead by example when serving customers and closing sales, providing expert product knowledge and using clienteling techniques such as mood boards
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to ensure successful delivery for clients

What success looks like

In the first month, you will have developed a strong understanding of the profile of our customers, our sales process / techniques for successfully closing opportunities and become familiar with our product range and solution offerings. You will be handling all inbound enquiries, have begun highlighting opportunities for further growth and, of course, you will have hit or exceeded sales targets!
