ezyCollect is looking for the next HR Manager to join our growing team. As a HR Manager, you will have a pivotal role in growing the company and its employees. You will be responsible for and oversee the planning, organising, executing and controlling all employee and workplace related activities within our organisation. This is a full time position working in our Sydney office, Monday to Friday.
Leading the people team strategies and policies, in line with the business requirementsBeing the point of contact for people managers around recruitment, training and developmentPreparing employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programsMaintaining a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets, monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisionsEnsuring planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results and performance management by training managers to coach and discipline employeesScheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisorsMaintaining employee benefits programs and informing employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends, recommending benefit programs to management, directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts, designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programsBe the point of contact for union representationsMaintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and proceduresMaintaining historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current recordsMaintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societiesCompleting human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results and productivity levels Maintaining human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employeesProviding support to team managers regarding workplace matters
