About the role

As an Business Development Manager / Account Executive at Lumary you will sell Lumary products and services to new prospects and up-sell to existing customers in accordance with agreed sales targets. You will be responsible to professionally represent Lumary by demonstrating software and sector knowledge in all commercial contexts.

  • Contribute to planning to achieve business goals and sales quotas
  • Contribute to a positive team culture
  • Achieve the agreed business goals and sales quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Present and demonstrate software to prospects
  • Maintain frequent contact with your accounts to understand their needs and maintain customer engagement
  • Respond to complaints and facilitate issue resolution to improve customer engagement and preserve/enhance company reputation
  • Negotiate contract and keep up-to date records of sales and associated data in Salesforce
  • Gather and share market intelligence to further enhance product development, marketing and sales strategy. 
  • Create new sales opportunities through networking and develop them into viable partnerships
  • Represent the company at conferences and events in a professional capacity
  • Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures
  • About you

  • Demonstrated track record selling software
  • 5 years sales experience  (desirable)
  • Market and product evaluation experience (desirable)
  • Analytical and problem solving capability
  • A willingness to listen and learn
  • Aptitude to grasp concepts in a fast paced environment
  • Technical knowledge - Salesforce configuration and or development (desirable)
  • Demonstrated track record selling software in the Disability and Aged Care sector (desirable)
