Annalise.ai was formed through a unique partnership between Harrison.ai and Australia's largest medical imaging service provider, I-MED Radiology Network. Leveraging our diverse and extensive medical imaging dataset, Annalise.ai is developing tools to assist Radiologists by seamlessly integrating into their current workflow to provide diagnostic support. Our suite of comprehensive AI-solutions will support radiologists during their end-to-end process of imaging interpretation. 

About your role
As we pioneer new ways of improving health delivery at scale using the most cutting edge AI technologies, we find ourselves growing at a rapid (and exciting!) pace. As part of this growth, we're looking for a highly motivated and astute Clinical Research Consultant to help support the delivery of a diverse range of clinical studies evaluating software as medical device (SAMD) artificial intelligence (AI) products used in diagnostic medical imaging.
 
This role is an exciting opportunity for an early career clinical research professional to join a uniquely talented team. Our focus is twofold:
1. Conducting clinical studies in accordance with all relevant ethical standards, guidelines and applicable regulations to produce quality clinical evidence supporting the regulatory and marketing strategy for Annalise.ai products; and
2. Delivering quality publications to support the strategy of the business.

Reporting to the Manager, Clinical Research, you will have the opportunity to learn to support and manage clinical studies evaluating SAMD AI products. This role has a career development pathway to becoming a study manager for the right person. Your responsibilities will be spread across all aspects of supporting the project management, tracking and administration of clinical studies, assistance with SOP development and manuscript delivery. There will be a strong focus on supporting essential document management on assigned clinical studies. As part of your everyday role, you will enjoy coordinating interactions between a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Overall, this is an excellent opportunity to learn to conduct clinical studies under a new research model in the growing field of artificial intelligence.


What you'll do:

  • Support the study manager on assigned clinical studies as needed;
  • Assist in the development of clinical study protocols, ethics submissions, study plans, study proposals and facilitate logistics;
  • Perform quality reviews, tracking, document control and management for essential study documents;
  • Perform progress tracking for clinical studies;
  • Assist with SOP development;
  • Assist with literature reviews, manuscript submissions and conference abstracts as needed; and
  • Effectively manage liaisons between external and internal stakeholders, including cross functional colleagues, academic partners, clinicians and other staff from clinical study sites.
  • What will help you succeed:

  • Experience working in the field of clinical research with a good understanding of ICH GCP; and
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, life sciences or medical science).
  • Nice to have (but not essential):

  • PhD and/or post-graduate qualification in a relevant area of medical science;
  • Experience working within the medical device industry;
  • Management consulting experience; and/or
  • Experience working in research involving artificial intelligence, SAMD and/or medical imaging.
