As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Sine, a Honeywell Company – you’ll play a critical role in driving our customer acquisition and revenue goals. Aligned with our outbound channels, you’ll be responsible for hunting new business leads, quality sales qualification and scheduling appointments with our Account Executive team. 

We are looking for resilient sales hunters that thrive from a fast-paced sales environment and B2B sales. You’ll be required to make dozens of calls per day, qualify key pain points, and build early value and interest in our solution. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to pivot to B2B technology sales and progress their careers quickly as we join forces with Honeywell to accelerate our growth globally! 

What you'll do:

  • Leverage lukewarm leads, professional networks and other data sources to identify and hunt new business leads
  • Conduct various nurture campaigns to drive engagement with leads
  • Identify key pain points and requirements through discovery calls
  • Build interest by communicating early value
  • Gather all appropriate information in order to qualify sales opportunities
  • Efficiently route qualified sales opportunities to our Account Executives for demonstration & close
  • Research and map accounts where appropriate (business size, multiple stakeholders)
  • Support lead generation and management activities for a range of marketing activities including trade shows, seminars and events
  • Work collaboratively as the bridge between marketing and sales
  • What you'll have:

  • Proven track record in high-velocity B2B sales & over achieving targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including persuasiveness and resilience (specifically over the phone)
  • Experience using CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, Intercom, Outreach, HubSpot, Marketo, InsideView, ZoomInfo & LinkedIn Sales Navigator 
  • Strong knowledge of professional media platforms such as LinkedIn, including an established presence and network
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales preferable but not essential
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Communications, Marketing or a related discipline
  • Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously with excellent execution, interpersonal and project management skills
