About WorkflowMax;

You’ll be working for the WorkflowMax brand, which is Xero’s end-to-end job and project management software for small to medium size businesses. At WorkflowMax, our north star is to help people drive better business productivity and performance, every single day.

Reporting to GM WorkflowMax, the main purpose of this role is to support the GM and each of the WorkflowMax (WFM) functional leaders with data and insights to help them develop, manage and continuously iterate on initiatives to drive growth for the WFM business. As a proactive and hands on analyst, you will be the driving force behind the collation of data and insights, driving execution of strategy and initiatives across the whole WorkflowMax business. Supporting the GM of WorkflowMax and working alongside the functional leaders, you will provide in-depth, multi-tiered analysis and recommendations on metrics and processes  to enable crucial decision making. This role will be the focal point for a range of data collection, reporting, functional queries, initiatives  and  problem solving.

About the role;

  • Develop a deep understanding of our various reporting tools and understand the key metrics and methodologies within the business
  • Obtain data from various systems and sources around the  business to provide cohesive insights across all functions
  • Track key metrics and deliver insights via beautiful reports and dashboards suitable for varying audiences
  • Work with system and data source owners to refine and improve quality of source data
  • Work with functional leads to develop meaningful metrics to measure outputs of their respective areas and projects
  • Develop and roll out dashboards in various tools to provide real time insights to the leadership team
  • Continuously look for opportunities to solve problems with data, insights and dashboards
  • Regular collaboration with functional leads to determine status of projects and update RAG reporting
  • Provide advice to functional leads using a data-driven approach
  • Develop, map, analyse, streamline and improve processes to drive efficiency and productivity across the business in the project space

  • Willingness to work at unconventional hours sometimes, due to the global nature of the business, within a flexible work context
  • What you'll bring with you;

  • Previous experience in Commercial, Sales Operations and/or Business Operations
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Data extraction via SQL
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM beneficial
