This role will play a critical role in a globally distributed start-up team within an established technology company that is radically changing the future of work.

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Freelancer.com Enterprise team. Our team works with leading Fortune 500s and the world's leading organizations including Deloitte, NASA, Harvard and Airbus. In this team, you will have exciting opportunity to drive growth, shape the future of the digital transformation of work and increase the adoption of Freelancer.com Enterprise.

You will have a passion for the latest technology and work with customers to leverage the platform model to innovate and disrupt their industries. The ideal candidate possess both the business acumen to drive engagements at the CxO level as well as consultative sales background to dive into the details with middle managers, users and other decision makers.

You will be joining a high performing culture of talented people, who are highly motivated and passionate about transforming industries. 

Additionally you will participate in business planning that underpins Freelancer.com Enterprise development of the APAC market; driving the strategy alongside the European and North American teams.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Collaborate with colleagues across Freelancer.com and Enterprise globally to execute against an annual sales plan and deliver value for our customers
  • Manage quota and territory of APAC's most recognized and successful companies
  • Nurture customer relationships to support the delivery of innovative solutions
  • Create compelling value propositions around Freelancer.com Enterprise services and platform
  • Expect moderate travel, across APAC
  • Ability to lead a team of two comprising of an Account Manager (Inside Sales) and Technical Operations Manager

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience selling into mid-size companies and Fortune 500, defining and delivering solutions and identifying opportunities to drive business expansion- either in a pure sales, professional services, consulting or business development in technology, cloud service or staffing related industries
  • Experience in owning, managing and delivering results in complex business engagements
  • Passion and interest in technology and the future of work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including writing proposals and negotiating complex contracts
  • Good organizational and program management skills
  • A strong sense of ownership, drive, sense of urgency and scrappiness is a must- this is a hands-on role
