Whispir is seeking an experienced growth marketing manager to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will be tasked with creating and executing a best-in-class growth marketing strategy for a B2B business, focusing on customer acquisition. You will help lead our Australia based team to achieve team goals and grow in their careers.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience using creative demand generation tactics to generate MQLs across multiple business lines. SaaS and B2B experience is a must in order to be successful in the role and be able to generate demand within our niche audiences.

You will work closely with the Director of Growth Marketing, the Vice President of Australia & New Zealand, and the CMO.
The role requires curiosity, strong organisation skills, and an analytical mindset. You’ll develop the marketing strategy for the Australia region—planning digital inbound marketing campaigns, partner marketing, and other field marketing activities. You must be comfortable moving quickly and problem-solving when dealing with ambiguity.
