Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent (APAC), you’ll be responsible for managing a full cycle, busy requisition load. You’ll recruit across Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia and Australia, focusing on a wide variety of non technical roles. We’re a dynamic, low ego Talent team and thus are looking for passionate recruiters who are excited by recruiting junior to senior level positions from start to finish. Airwallex has grown from 500 to 1000 people this year and have aggressive targets next year as well. This is a very exciting time to join and help Airwallex grow towards an IPO while also maintaining a broad, autonomous role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage 7-10 reqs at a time
  • Recruit junior to senior positions across APAC
  • Work directly with hiring managers and the executive team to devise hiring strategies
  • Ensure our recruitment process minimises bias and promotes diversity and equity
  • Help build out recruiting processes and best practices
  • Track key hiring metrics and base decisions on this data
  • What you will bring:

  • Experience recruiting a broad range on non technical roles
  • Experience recruiting Director level and above candidates
  • An energetic, team first attitude
  • Ideally experience working across regions within APAC
  • Previous exposure to working at a high growth tech startup is advantageous
  • Ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressure
