About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Product Manager - Memberships & Subscriptions to own the full strategy, roadmap, and execution for Spacetalk's membership offerings. This high-impact role centres on harnessing analytics to fuel household growth, retention, monetisation, and network effects through mobile plans, subscriptions, and viral features.
This is a pivotal position as we accelerate our shift to a SaaS and AI-powered safety platform—driving rapid membership expansion across regions, data-informed personalisation, stronger acquisition/retention, and full compliance with privacy standards. You'll partner closely with the Director of Product and cross-functional teams (Data, Engineering, Marketing, Leadership) to spot opportunities, run experiments, and deliver measurable wins aligned with our global ambitions and user needs.
Key Accountabilities
- Product Excellence — Launch high-quality, user-centric membership features that boost engagement and satisfaction, hitting roadmap milestones on time and within scope.
- Growth & Analytics Performance — Achieve or surpass key targets (e.g., ARPU/LTV uplift, retention rates, members per household, paid conversion), turning data insights into strategic business decisions.
- Compliance & Data Integrity — Build membership products that meet regulatory standards, championing secure, ethical data use in analytics and features.
- Team Influence — Drive strong cross-functional collaboration, earning positive stakeholder feedback on product clarity, direction, and impact.

You excel at transforming analytics into actionable strategies, thriving in ambiguity, running experiments, and crafting personalisation that lifts retention and monetisation. With sharp communication skills, you'll bridge teams as the voice of the customer, refining offerings iteratively. Adaptable, innovative, and focused on sustainable, scalable growth in a mission-led safety platform.
Skills
Essential:
- Proven product management experience owning end-to-end lifecycles from ideation to launch, with a strong emphasis on growth and analytics.
- Deep expertise in analytics frameworks, A/B testing, user segmentation, and core metrics (ARPU/LTV, retention, conversion rates).
- Hands-on proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL, and A/B testing platforms.
- Solid understanding of data privacy/compliance (e.g., GDPR, similar standards).
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Desirable:
- Direct experience in membership/subscription models, including household growth, network effects, and viral/upsell strategies.
- Knowledge of SaaS monetisation tactics, pricing experiments, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Exposure to market/competitive analysis, AI-driven personalisation, or building dashboards/data pipelines.
- Skills in privacy impact assessments or growth experimentation.
