We create purpose-built solutions—including our award-winning kids' smartwatches, the innovative Spacetalk Freedom Platform app, and secure mobile plans—that empower families to stay connected, support independence, and provide peace of mind in an increasingly digital world.

Our mission is simple: Safety at every stage of life. Whether it's location tracking for kids, safe communication spaces for teens, or tools that help the 'sandwich generation' care for loved ones, we build technology that works quietly in the background to protect and organize family life. With a growing global footprint across Australia, UK, EU, US, and APAC—and recent launches like our all-in-one Freedom Platform—we're accelerating software-led growth in a fast-paced, mission-driven scale-up environment.

About the Role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Media to own and lead our paid digital media strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing in Sydney, this senior individual contributor role gives you full autonomy to drive customer acquisition, subscription growth, and ARR through high-performance campaigns across key channels.

In this hands-on yet strategic position, you'll scale paid media post our App v2.0 launch, AWS re-platforming, and eCommerce expansions (Shopify/Amazon), while embedding our family-safety ethos in every initiative. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape growth in a SaaS/subscription model focused on meaningful impact—helping families stay safe and connected worldwide.

Key Accountabilities

  • Own end-to-end paid media strategy, campaign setup, targeting, smart bidding, creative testing, and scaling across Google Ads (Performance Max priority), Meta Ads, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic display, and emerging channels.
  • Drive real-time and proactive optimization to maximize ROAS, minimize CPA, boost LTV-aligned conversions, and improve subscription metrics (trials to paid, retention signals).
  • Lead advanced performance analysis, attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and cross-channel insights; deliver executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations that directly influence quarterly revenue goals and budget decisions.
  • Manage multi-channel budgets with precision—own pacing, forecasting, spend efficiency, and zero-waste allocation.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with platform policies, brand safety standards, and family-focused advertising guidelines.
  • Partner strategically with creative, content, product, eCommerce, data, and commercial teams to build integrated, full-funnel campaigns aligned with brand voice and safety mission.
  • Champion innovation: proactively adopt AI-driven tools (automation, predictive bidding, generative creative), test emerging channels, and lead localized strategies for global market expansions (AU, UK, EU, US, APAC).

Requirements

You are a performance marketing leader with 7+ years of hands-on experience owning paid media in high-growth environments—ideally consumer tech, SaaS, subscription, or app-based products. You've independently managed multi-million-dollar budgets, delivered sustained ROAS/CPA improvements, and scaled campaigns that drive revenue and acquisition targets.

You thrive in fast-paced scale-ups, turning data into strategic decisions, experimenting boldly, and collaborating cross-functionally without needing heavy oversight. You're passionate about family safety and excited to apply your expertise to a mission that matters—empowering safer, more connected family lives.
