Our Operations function consists of the IT, Legal, People, Finance and Analytics teams.  We are here to be a key enabler to our other teams at UpGuard. Efficiency, scale and rich insights are some of the key contributions that this team brings to the table. We look to the future and solve really interesting challenges that will unlock Upguard’s ability to grow sustainably and efficiently through optimised systems and processes.


Where does this role fit in?
As UpGuard continues its rapid growth trajectory, we are focused on ensuring our teams have the tools and knowledge to work smarter, not just harder. The AI & Automation Enablement Lead is a critical new role designed to sit at the heart of our internal transformation.

Reporting to the Director of Analytics, Automation & AI, you will be the bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and the daily workflows of every UpGuardian. This role is not just about technical implementation, it’s about cultural enablement. You will drive significant business value by demystifying complex LLM concepts, building a library of high-impact training content, and acting as a strategic partner to all departments to ensure they are leveraging automation to its full potential.

You'll be the go-to resource for anyone at UpGuard looking to scale their impact, and your success will be measured directly by the confidence and adoption of AI tools across the entire global organization.
