We are seeking an Engineering Manager to be a "force multiplier" for our engineering function. This isn't a role for a hands-off manager; it's for a pragmatic and empathetic leader who will grow and guide the team responsible for the most critical parts of the user experience. You will be instrumental in setting technical strategy, mentoring a talented team, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our core systems.
In this role, you will leverage our modern stack—including Go, Java, Node.js, TypeScript, and React—to build the foundation for our future in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
