This role plays a critical part in managing and optimising key OEM relationships while scaling direct digital acquisition. Key responsibilities:

Strategic Partnerships: Manage key Automotive relationships (e.g. Tesla, Cadillac, Harley-Davidson), including pricing, margin performance, and campaign execution (incentives and subvention programs). Identify growth opportunities through deeper integration, dealer engagement, and improved customer experience, and lead onboarding of new OEM partners.
Drive Digital Acquisition & Growth: Own Direct Auto acquisition strategy across new and existing customers. Partner with Growth teams to scale across paid, affiliate, and organic channels, and develop targeted marketing strategies to increase volume and improve efficiency.
Optimise Funnel & Conversion Performance: Lead end-to-end funnel optimisation across Plenti’s direct to consumer car loan applications. Design and execute A/B testing across pricing, UX, messaging, and design. Enhance Customer Engagement & Experience: Optimise customer communications across email and SMS channels to drive completion rates. Work closely with OEM partners and internal teams to continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey.
Leverage Data & Insights: Monitor and analyse funnel performance (daily, weekly, monthly) to identify trends, anomalies, and optimisation opportunities. Develop segment-specific pricing and targeting strategies that balance growth with risk-adjusted returns.
Lead Product & Platform Improvements: Identify opportunities for new features and enhancements to improve conversion and customer experience. Define business and functional requirements and collaborate with Technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Support Partnerships & Cross-Functional Delivery: Support the development and implementation of new OEM and strategic partnerships alongside the Chief Commercial Officer. Work cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Operations, Technology, Growth, and Customer teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
