Stake is looking for an HR Business Partner to join us at our Bondi Junction HQ, offering a flexible hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 WFH). We are also happy to consider part-time applicants for a 4-day work week (80% FTE). Please specify your preference in your cover letter

About this role
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who will:
- Take Talent Management at Stake to another level by:
- Facilitating career planning conversations and supporting employees and managers in their professional development;
- Maintaining an up-to-date talent map to identify and nurture high-potential employees as well as identify skills gaps and key flight risks
- Oversee performance management processes, promotions, salary reviews, and performance bonuses;
- Design and implement training programs to meet the needs of a growing team;
- Ensure HR governance, compliance, and oversee the offboarding process.
A bit about you
- 5-7 years of experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role, preferably in Financial Services.
- Proven experience implementing HR strategies, particularly in Learning & Development and Talent Management.
- Strong business acumen with a talent for critical and creative thinking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
