Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for optimizing supply chain operations? Spacetalk is on the lookout for a Supply Chain Analyst to manage and streamline our end-to-end supply chain processes.
In this role, you'll work across multiple platforms, including Cin7, LYNK (Invenco), and other supply chain tools, to ensure seamless operations from purchase order creation to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Purchase Order Management
- Create and track purchase orders in Cin7
- Process receiving documents for 3PL operations in LYNK
- Manage supplier PO acknowledgments and invoice reconciliation
- Monitor supplier delivery schedules and shipping notifications
Logistics Coordination
- Assist in freight forwarder selection based on shipment needs
- Monitor delivery documentation and waybills
- Coordinate with freight partners for supply updates
- Track inbound shipments and PO receipts
Order Processing
- Manage sales order dispatch and fulfillment
- Handle exception management for blocked or errored orders
- Process manual order interventions when necessary
- Ensure timely and accurate order completion
System & Data Management
- Operate seamlessly across Cin7, LYNK, and Invenco
- Maintain accurate data entry and documentation
- Generate and analyze key reports
- Monitor system updates to maintain smooth communication between platforms
Requirements
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
- Background in inventory management, procurement, or logistics coordination is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Cin7, LYNK (Invenco), or similar ERP & inventory systems.
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Familiarity with freight and logistics operations.
Soft Skills:
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Process-driven mindset with a passion for improving operational efficiency.
