We're building a strong, collaborative team dedicated to developing practical and effective transfer pricing solutions. As a valuable member of this team, you'll work closely with business and functional leaders and report to the GM of Transfer Pricing to implement transfer pricing strategies that align with commercial, regulatory, and tax requirements.

What you'll do

  • Support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of global transfer pricing policies and procedures
  • Manage  transfer pricing planning and risk assessments projects in order to identify and mitigate potential tax risks.
  • Provide financial modeling and data analytics to support business launches, restructurings, and new TP policies
  • Monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance and manage risk.
  • Manage transfer pricing audits and resolve disputes with tax authorities.
  • Drive the execution, documentation, creation, and review of transfer pricing policies, including intercompany agreements, benchmarking studies, and regulatory filings.
  • Monitor local compliance in key countries and support transfer pricing projects, audits, and controversy resolution.
  • Provide accurate and timely transfer pricing data for financial reporting.
  • Analyse the impact of transfer pricing policies on financial performance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Group’s transfer pricing processes and governance framework.
  • Review transfer pricing calculations and support the development of governance and reporting frameworks.
  • What you'll bring with you

  • At least 7 years' of relevant experience in the Tax field, either in a large corporate or Big 4 CA environment
  • Be either CA / CPA qualified or a law professional
  • We're looking for a Transfer Pricing Specialist, but equally value a strong tax or accounting background with some transfer pricing experience. This role offers an opportunity to develop further expertise in transfer pricing.
  • Financial Acumen: Practical understanding of financial statement analysis, transfer pricing methodologies, or financial modeling, with expertise in at least one area.
  • Technological Proficiency: Some experience with financial systems (ERP) and data analysis tools, and understanding of how technology can support process optimisation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse audiences, and proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to align financial analysis with business strategy, providing recommendations that optimise transfer pricing outcomes and support business objectives.
