About The Role 🤔

In this newly created role, you will provide direct support to Immutable's Co-Founders, contributing to the success of the business's strategic and operational aspects while making a meaningful impact on their lives. This position presents a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic environment of a high-growth tech startup and play a crucial role in shaping its future.

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Personal Assistant or Team Assistant who excels in fast-paced environments and is enthusiastic about supporting our visionary leaders at Immutable.

You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮

Directly support the Co-Founders both at work and as a personal assistant (and in work-only support to VP Product), handling calendar management, email inbox management, travel, and communication with stakeholders

Contribute to operational efficiency by refining existing processes and participating in the development of new strategies

Coordinate events, offsites, and travel arrangements for Co-Founders and the broader Executive team as required

Manage personal finances and accounting needs with the Co-Founders and external firms

Tackling various ad-hoc tasks that arise

Collaborate in crafting visually engaging slide decks, reports and documents as needed

We'd Love You To Bring 🤝

2-5+ years experience as a Personal or Team Assistant

Experience as a top performer with high integrity in a fast-paced environment

The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously

The ability to work across the week suiting founder needs (early morning and evening tasks as needed) and work flexibly

The ability to work in the Sydney office multiple days a week or as required
