We’re an Australian investing platform on a mission to help ambitious people confidently grow their wealth. By offering seamless, immersive access to the share markets, Stake has grown fast from a fintech startup into a robust financial services company with even bigger plans. Ambition defines our customer base as well as our team. Our working environment is energetic, collaborative and supportive. Stake’s internal mantra is ‘never settle’ and everyone is encouraged to take ownership and challenged to deliver high-quality execution.

This role is your chance to contribute in making a lasting impact on the financial security of thousands and thousands of Aussies and Kiwis.

About this role

As a Senior Product Manager for Stake Super, you will drive a revolutionary experience in the SMSF space, owning product initiatives that merge technology, regulatory considerations, and customer-first design.

You will be required to;

  • Lead and shape the roadmap for Stake Super, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver game-changing outcomes.
  • Create a frictionless, data-driven user experience (UX) with scalable operations, supporting Stake Super’s growth, revenue, and cost targets.
  • Embrace a dynamic and fast-paced environment, championing innovation and striving for ambitious results.

A bit about you

  • You have a passion for problem-solving and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Extensive experience in crafting intuitive UX for mobile and desktop, with a strong customer focus.
  • A proven track record of building successful, customer-centric products.
  • 3+ years in tech as a Product Manager, ideally with superannuation, financial services, or high-growth start-up experience

At Stake, we value hustle over honours degrees, so we’re more interested in you than your resume. If you believe this is a role you want to jump into, please apply and let us know why in your cover letter!
