Overview of Position
In this influential role you'll be responsible for collecting and analysing data related to the company's sales performance and providing insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and efforts. You'll work closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to identify trends, forecast future sales, and optimise sales processes. You will also ensure that at all times our Salesforce platform is able to support the objectives of the business and that our key stakeholders have the data needed to support their decision-making processes. This person will become the primary SME of the Salesforce platform within the company.
