Are you ready to be at the heart of digital gifting innovation? Prezzee is on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to turbocharge our marketing efforts and bring joy and convenience to our customers worldwide!

What You'll Do:

  • Implement and support our marketing strategies and global calendar, managing everything from eGift card SKUs and content to promotional campaigns.
  • Become a wizard with our tech tools—think uploading magic with Django, mastering content with Kontent, and scheduling sorcery with Monday.com!
  • Analyse campaign performance like a pro across Looker, Google Analytics, and Braze, collating information and providing insights that will show the impact of our marketing.
  • Keep our digital house in order with your top-notch organisational skills, ensuring everything from CMS to invoices is as neat as can be.
  • Craft stunning reports and presentations that not only inform but dazzle.
  • Communicate like a champ, ensuring all our teams are synced up and excited about our marketing missions.
  • Be our in-house guru on internal tools, always finding smarter, slicker ways to get things done.
  • Organise our Monthly Marketing Showcase presentation.
  • Showcase your creative skills in videos for our socials.
  • Experiment with new AI platforms.

Who You Are:

  • A digital mastermind with 3+ years in a coordination role, ready to handle anything from data dives to creative conundrums.
  • A presentation pro who can turn complex data into eye-catching insights.
  • A cool cucumber under pressure, juggling multiple projects with a smile.
  • A problem-solver with a knack for prioritisation and impeccable attention to detail.
  • A tech aficionado eager to get hands-on with various software and systems, and is familiar with Google suite.
  • Experience with Figma is a bonus
