About the role:
Help tradies grow their businesses and make home improvement effortless for everyone! As an Account Manager, you’ll support our tradie customers to get the most from the Builderscrack platform, providing personalised service, helping them connect with more clients, and ensuring they succeed with our digital tools.
You know you are successful when you are retaining and upgrading a high volume of customers, meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs, and you’re able to use your knowledge of the Builderscrack product to leverage higher sales conversion rates and revenue.
How you will add value:
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and sales targets
- Make a high volume of outbound and inbound calls (typically 60–80 per day)
- Manage a portfolio of trade accounts, e.g growing, nurturing and retaining customers
- Conduct renewal calls and win back past customers
- Help tradies get the most from their Builderscrack profile and subscription
- Explain the benefits and ROI of our platform with confidence
- Handle objections, close sales and ascend customers to higher-value plans
- Maintain accurate product knowledge and CRM records
About you:
- Proven experience in a phone-based role with high call volumes
- Strong background in sales, account management or customer success
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs and targets
- Motivated, organised and eager to help customers succeed
