About the role:
As a Salesforce Architect, you will take a broad view of Salesforce in our Enterprise Architecture and develop and implement solutions to achieve our product strategy. Mentor Salesforce Engineers working with you and ensure best practices and standards are adhered to for work implemented by all teams contributing to the Salesforce Platform.

How you will add value:
- Raising the bar of what-good-looks-like within hipages Engineering
- Design, development, and delivery of quality solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Participation in discussions of system architecture
- Creation of scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform which integrate seamlessly with other systems
- Involvement in Salesforce Solution development across multiple streams
- Coaching and mentoring of other team members
About you:
- 8+ years of industry experience including 5+ Salesforce years of technical leadership position
- Experience in providing technical leadership to the CRM team regarding technical issues, solutions and mentorship to the development team
- Experience in implementing Salesforce code management and source code branching best practices
- Vast experience in understanding of Salesforce platforms and Salesforce data models
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce technical guidelines and capabilities, including Apex, LWC, Aura etc
- Experience in designing and implementing integration patterns with third-party platforms or products using web services and AppExchange apps
- Experience in code management/version control tools like GIT, advanced CI/CD tooling using Gearset
- Guide the end-to-end delivery of legacy systems deplatform (within a large & complex environment), lead a small team to deliver outcomes
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) principles and practices
- Experience with DevOps practices such as logging, monitoring, alerting, and observability
- Experience with modern Relational and NoSQL databases
- Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Application Architect
