• Business Analysis & Strategy:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, translating them into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Support the rollout and management of Objectives and Key Results across the organisation to measure business success, strategy execution and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and analyze business cases to support each key decisions.
    
    
• Process Optimization and Support:
  
  • Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.
    Support the development of automated tools and workflows to optimize business operations.
    Work closely with R&D teams, finance, legal and funding/grants teams to support the preparation of lodgment of funding and grants applications and support the execution of other projects.
    Ensure projects are aligned with company OKRs, budgets, and timelines.
    Track and report project progress, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
  
  
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Collect, and analyze data to provide actionable insights for decision-making and prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
  • Monitor trends and provide forecasts to anticipate business needs and opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or Technology.
• 3+ years of experience in technology, management, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Googlesheets) and familiarity with project management software.
• Some experience with programming languages or tools (e.g., SQL, Python) for data manipulation and analysis.
• ‘Can do’ startup attitude, being able to step in to support projects and activities when required and being comfortable and adaptable in a dynamic environment .
• Experience in the tech or semiconductor industry is a plus.
