About the role:
This role will lead two cross-functional teams focusing on driving tradie acquisition and engagement and homeowner experiences across web and mobile. You’ll be responsible for delivering significant business outcomes by improving the way hipages attracts, engages and retains tradies and homeowners.
Your work will span tactical delivery and long-term capability building, requiring deep collaboration with cross-functional teams. You’ll play a critical role in delivering against our company's OKRs, supporting our transition into a multi-product business.

How you will add value:
- Own the strategy and roadmap for tradie acquisition, homeowner growth and personalisation initiatives.
- Lead the execution of key projects that improve repeat job posting and Lifetime Value (LTV) of homeowners.
- Guide the development of a personalisation platform, including Martech integrations and data activation frameworks.
- Champion UX modernisation across homeowner platforms to provide consistent app/web experiences, e.g. redesigned pricing pages and improved navigation.
- Ensure product work aligns with campaign objectives across SEO, SEM, lifecycle, and brand marketing.
- Partner with design, engineering, data and marketing to deliver outcomes through modular, testable experiments.
- Actively contribute to hipages’ broader Product Management practice, helping to raise the bar in craft and collaboration.
- Devise innovative and creative solutions, e.g. features/tools to drive the acquisition of first-party data.
About you:
- 5+ years in Product Management, including leading product teams.
- Background in SaaS, marketplaces, or B2C mobile app environments.
- Track record of delivering products that improve acquisition, engagement or LTV.
- Strong experience in UX optimisation, product-led growth, and experimentation frameworks.
- Strong commercial and technical acumen.
- Experience with tools like Mixpanel, Tableau and A/B testing platforms.
- Experience with marketing tech (CDP, OCP, B2B tools) and personalisation systems is a plus.
