The Role:
An amazing opportunity has arisen to join our Customer Happiness team as our new Customer Happiness Officer! This is a dynamic role where you will be working directly with our amazing Showpo customers via chat, social media, email and phone in a hybrid work environment from our Chullora warehouse (featuring basketball/volleyball court) and from home.
This role is 3 days per week (Monday, Friday and a third day of your choice)
