About the Role

As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll work closely with our schools throughout onboarding, training, and go-live, ensuring they become strong advocates for Compass. You’ll engage with a diverse range of people across each school to make sure they feel supported and confident in adopting our platform.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for passionate, energetic, and switched-on people. We’re not hung up on your previous experience, whether you hold a degree, or how much you already know about our platform or industry - we can teach you that.

Our ideal candidate may have a background in hospitality or retail, where you’ve learned how to deliver outstanding customer experiences, think quickly on your feet, and solve problems under pressure. You thrive on helping others and love building rapport with new people.

You'll also have:

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality customer experiences.
  • an interest in tech, with the ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly.
  • A collaborative team player mindset who contributes positively to shared goals and knowledge sharing.
