Role Mission:
As Regional Director, ANZ, you will own and drive the commercial engine in our core market - Australia. You’ll set and hit our goals, shape the regional strategy, and build a healthy pipeline of “lighthouse” partnerships across venues, promoters, festivals, stadiums and sports. You’ll be the decision maker for Tixel ANZ - negotiating key contracts, rallying cross-functional teams, and relentlessly pushing initiatives to maximise fan and partner impact to fill every seat.

Own regional goals: set, track and meet targets.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Operations to ensure success for every upcoming event.
Partner Go-to-Market
Find and establish high-value partnerships with major venues, artist management, stadiums and sports leagues.
Lead go-to-market plans.
Team Leadership
Mentor a high-performing Australia team.
Empower your team to focus on highest-impact work and level up talent by placing them on strategic initiatives.
Industry Advocacy
Forge relationships with venues, festivals, leagues and incumbents.
Explore compliant partnerships that advance our mission.
Reporting & Governance
Report on performance, pipeline and budget to the CEO, COO and Board.
Present results, lessons learned and forecasts.
Own all commercial documentation from deal decks to governance playbooks.
What You Bring:
7+ years in senior or executive roles within scale-ups or marketplace businesses, building and scaling commercial teams, influencing C-suite stakeholders and driving P&L outcomes
Clear grasp of market dynamics, competitive landscapes and cause-and-effect relationships in two-sided marketplaces, setting OKRs and pivoting based on real-time insights
Commercially savvy in structuring innovative partnerships, optimising LTV/CAC for long-term profitability
Thrives in fast-paced environments, jumping in to negotiate contracts, refine go-to-market plans and lead by example to get things done
Builds credibility fast, represents confidently in major meetings and distils complex data into clear narratives for both internal and external audiences
