The opportunity to grow within Versent is massive, we have a huge growth target (we are miles ahead of where we thought we'd be already) and need people who are ready for the ride. Due to this growth, we are seeking a talented Head of Managed Services to join Versent Managed Services team to lead our high performing Principals who have a top performing team of Site Reliability Engineers in their stable.

This provides services, people and stakeholder leadership across Versent Managed Services (VMS) engagements within critical strategic accounts. The role is integral in ensuring Versent Managed Services engagements achieve their service and uplift outcomes, while maintaining and exhibiting Versent’s cultures and values.

This is a leadership role developing relationships with key stakeholders across Versent and their customers to build rapport and trust; act as a leader to develop engagement teams and develop team members for success.

You will work closely with the Client Account Directors and the Managed Services leadership team to develop future opportunities and maintain the commercial outcomes within the accounts.

  • Strong people leadership experience, you actively engage, develop and effectively manage team members to Versent Values, creating and maintaining a positive, goal-orientated culture where constructive feedback is encouraged, calculated risks are taken, and trust is fostered.
  • Empowering and supports services teams to achieve engagement outcomes in line with Managed Services processes and practices.
  • Ability to act as escalation point for the Managed Services engagement teams, actively engaging with the teams to collectively resolve issues and risks.
  • Working with the recruitment team to effectively attract a skilled and diverse team and partner with the broader People and Culture team to develop and retain talent.
