That’s why we need a high-performing Executive Assistant to join our team and support our CEO and senior executive team.

This role is ideal for an early-career rockstar looking to take on more significant responsibilities, or an aspiring Chief of Staff 🚀.

Requirements

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, our Executive Assistant will:

  • Support the CEO and COO through calendar management, email correspondence, administrative tasks, and special projects.
  • Collaborate with the global commercial team to secure meetings with potential new customers to drive commercial growth at Cadmus.
  • Organise and book travel for the CEO, COO and other team members as needed; create thoughtful itineraries to ensure the trip runs smoothly.
  • Maintain good relations with Shareholders, Investors and the Board of Directors and assist with regular reporting to these groups.
  • Manage business admin such as office logistics, updating company records, file/document management, and administration.

Professional Skills

  • Effective Communication: Demonstrate adeptness in both written and verbal communication. Craft professional emails as a representative of the CEO and other Cadmus leaders; build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to secure essential outcomes such as critical meetings, networking, engagements, etc.
  • Information Synthesis and Prioritisation: Display the ability to synthesise research findings and prioritise information effectively.
  • Detail-Oriented Acumen: Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all matters. Ensure accuracy in numerical data, minimise costs, and adeptly identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Can assess multiple options and navigate through switching costs. Make informed decisions that align with organisational goals while considering potential challenges and benefits.
  • Self-Starter: Capable of taking tasks and seeing them through to completion with minimal guidance. Anticipate needs and problems and proactively seek out ways to solve them.

Preferred Experience

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years in an administrative role supporting senior executives.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment (previous start-up experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with globally distributed teams / supporting a remote-first company.

Cadmus is a remote-friendly company, and this role is open to candidates in London or remote anywhere in the UK.
