Funny name, serious business
We make eco-friendly products and donate 50% of our profits to provide clean water and help build toilets for the billions of people who lack proper access. So far, we’ve contributed over $13.3 million AUD (roughly $8.9 million USD) to fund sanitation projects around the globe. Basically, we’re really good at doing good.
With hubs in Australia, the Philippines, China, the US, UK and Europe, our amazing team of 200+ work to make the biggest possible impact for people and the planet. Over the next couple of years, we’re hoping to increase our annual donation tenfold to get us closer to our dream of everyone in the world having access to clean water and sanitation services.
A bit about the role
As our Senior Marketing Manager, Paid Search, you’ll help us acquire, retain and grow our active customers in our paid search channel. by creating meaningful, delightful and impactful paid search marketing moments that inspire action, align with our values & strategic focuses while hitting targets.
Reporting to our Global Director of Performance Marketing & Media, you'll leverage your technical expertise and data acumen to lead the team in data-driven decision making, including developing a rigour around a scorecard of KPIs to keep tabs on key performance trends.
You’ll develop a supportive team of detail-oriented channel experts that execute at the top of their game by being the bridge between our growth counterparts, account representatives and tools too.

- You’ve helped ensure that our CPAs are trending to beat benchmarks freeing up investment for further tactical expansion
- You’re establishing a performance playbook for the paid search that streamlines work flows and sets the bar for executional excellence
- You've collaborated with cross functional team members to prioritise major cross-functional projects & priority test plans for next few quarters, and aligned on what additional resources we’ll need to execute them
- You’ve established H2 goals for each of your direct reports that connect to our business targets and their individual career development plans, ensuring they are tangible, measurable, and motivating.

You’re at ease diving in to draw out helpful insights from our existing channels to inform tests, launches and moments to go bigger. Whilst you’re fanatical about data, you’re also well aware that sometimes, good decisions need to be made with incomplete information and you’ve developed a level of confidence in how you make clear recommendations when sometimes your vision is foggy.
You’re clear, calm and collaborative
You effectively report to the team on the progress of current marketing channel testing, produce insightful rear views and make recommendations on how to improve or test new channel approaches. You’re passionate about collaboration and feedback and you’re excited by the opportunity to work alongside your team
You’re a roll model
You’ve got experience launching, testing and scaling multiple paid channels from go to wow and you’ve built a depth of expertise that enables you to confidently push boundaries and take the lead. You’re passionate about mentoring and developing your team and you’re always looking for opportunities to empower and enable your direct reports to grow and do their best work.
