This position sits within the Zeller Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Director of Growth. You’ll be responsible for delivering acquisition-focused initiatives, campaigns, and strategies to deliver against Zeller’s ambitious growth and product adoption goals — while driving maximum marketing efficiency, improving reach, and delivering incrementality by optimising conversion through different funnels.
As a hands-on growth and marketing expert, you’ll lead the planning, execution and optimisation of customer acquisition, lead generation, and product growth campaigns, incorporating paid marketing, owned channels, and testing a range of promotional offers / incentives to acquire new customers. You’ll bring both strategic insight and executional excellence, combined with a strong understanding of merchant behaviour and channel strategy.
You’ll combine analytical rigour with creative thinking to translate performance data into actionable insights, while developing innovative, audience-first strategies to drive growth. You’ll be responsible for building and launching campaigns across a variety of platforms and channels, including (but not limited to) web, email, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Search, Display, offline media, and partnerships.
The is an exciting and dynamic role for a creative, analytical and highly analytical growth marketer to lead impactful, cross-functional campaigns, own Zeller’s customer acquisition and demand generation roadmap, and experiment on the cutting-edge of marketing strategy to deliver high impact, performance-driven campaigns.
