Our Product team at UpGuard comprises of our Product Management, Product Support, Engineering, Design, Data Leaks Detection, and Third Party Risk Management Services. Our Product team’s vision is to become the leader in the Cyber VRM category by providing a best-in-class SaaS platform for organizations to manage their third-party risk and external attack surface. Where does this role fit in?
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and driving UpGuard’s product strategy. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features, ensuring our solutions address real customer problems and deliver measurable value. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building customer-first products, with a strong blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and design sensibility.

What will you do?

  • Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for key areas of the UpGuard platform, guiding initiatives from discovery through delivery while ensuring long-term impact and alignment with business goals.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to define, build, and launch products that delight customers and align with business objectives.
  • Translate customer problems and opportunities into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Collaborate with Design to craft thoughtful, intuitive user experiences and maintain design consistency across the platform.
  • Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints to prioritise the most impactful work.
  • Champion a customer-first mindset—deeply understanding user pain points and advocating for meaningful solutions.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to stakeholders across all levels.
  • Analyse performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and iteration.
  • What will you bring?

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales).
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and drive complex product initiatives.
  • Experience in UX or design collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of data and metrics to inform product decisions.
  • What will you give an edge?

  • Previous experience or qualifications in security or compliance.
  • Exposure to security and/or GRC teams, risk assessment, compliance and audit processes.
  • A background or strong interest in design thinking and user experience.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and solutions.
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, or data-driven product development.
  • A track record of identifying and seizing commercial opportunities within product strategies.
