As our Senior Manager (Financial Partnerships) you will be working to identify cross-selling opportunities, foster warm referrals, and drive revenue growth through innovative commercial strategies.
Reporting directly to our Head of Marketplace, you will spearhead the development of compelling business cases and innovative products integral to our Super Partnerships strategy. Your role will involve establishing and managing a dynamic partnerships channel, driving growth and collaboration within our ecosystem.
As our Senior Manager (Financial Partnerships) you’ll be responsible for:
- Cross-Selling and Referral Generation: Identify and leverage opportunities for cross-selling within the Employment Hero ecosystem to grow our existing relationship with Superannuation Partners
- Commercial Strategy: Initiate and develop innovative ideas, converting them into viable business cases and products as part of our Super Partnerships strategy. Lead the creation, development, and management of effective partnerships channels.
- Strategic Innovation: Proactively identify key strategic issues within the Super industry and devise innovative solutions to drive resolution. Apply creativity and innovation to assess opportunities and mitigate risks effectively.
- Partner Business Plans: Define specific business plans with individual channel partners, identifying new opportunities for collaboration and revenue growth. System Establishment: Establish robust systems, processes, policies, and procedures to ensure sustained revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Deal Execution: Roll up your sleeves and actively engage in securing big deals, selling to prospective national and international partners.
- Industry Expertise: Develop and share a deep understanding of the Super industry, including clients, market segments, competition, regulatory environment, and emerging trends. Position our organisation as a leading industry partner through active participation in industry events and innovative brand exposure initiatives.
- Relationship Management: Collaborate with existing partners to enhance financial returns for both parties and identify new commercial opportunities. Provide support to product teams in developing innovative strategies to improve channel performance.
What you will bring
- A proven track record of growing existing relationships and developing new business through partners in a dynamic start-up or scale-up environment
- Experience in a B2B and/or SME focused sales environment, ideally knowledge of the Superannuation industry
- You are comfortable in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed with a passion to succeed
- A flexible and creative, out of the box thinker
- Humble, not concerned with the traditional org chart and able to work across the C-suite
- Comfortable with a level of international travel commensurate with this global role
- Experience in Superannuation or Fintech
