About the role:

Join hipages as Senior Product Manager for the Data Platform and Products team. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Analytics, and the CTO to shape our data strategy. Lead the charge in understanding internal teams’ needs, drive impactful data solutions, and highlight how better data structures can drive our business forward.

How you will add value:

  • Contribute to the hipages data strategy and own the creation and maintenance of team OKRs and roadmap.
  • Use strong prioritisation and negotiation skills to balance stakeholder needs and determine what work will be done and when.
  • Make tactical and strategic decisions, clearly communicating your decision-making process with stakeholders.
  • Question assumptions and prioritise value over output.
  • Writing user stories and planning successful workshops/collaboration sessions.
  • Gathering requirements and ensuring team alignment.
  • Prioritising product features that align with product vision, business objectives, and customer needs.
  • Communicating product strategy and roadmap to stakeholders and customers.

About you:

  • You are technically savvy, and may have a technical or data background, perhaps as an engineer, QA or BA, or a role in data
  • You routinely engage  with non-technical stakeholders to align on priorities, escalate where needed and provide rationale for decisions the team makes
  • You have strong experience in prioritising work with competing priorities
  • You have a keen understanding of what drives user experience and are able to paint a vision and provide clear directions to engineers
  • You have 3+ years of experience in Product, leading cross-functional teams 
  • You are comfortable with reporting needs analysis and solution options with tools such as Tableau, Redash or Looker
  • Familiarity with our tech stack, including Databricks, DBT, Airflow and Datahub would be great, while familiarly with digital identity management and GA4 is highly desirable
