About the Role

As Paid Media Manager, you will drive and optimize Spacetalk’s paid digital media campaigns to support customer acquisition, conversion, and growth. Reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing, this individual contributor role focuses on hands-on execution, performance analysis, and continuous improvement across key channels. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that align with business objectives, ensuring efficient budget use and measurable results in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Accountabilities

  • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic display, and emerging channels.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including setup, targeting, bidding, and A/B testing to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies and support quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, product, and commercial teams to ensure campaigns are integrated and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Track budget pacing, ensure efficient spend allocation, and maintain compliance with platform policies and brand safety standards.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and automation tools to enhance campaign efficiency.
  • Contribute to test-and-learn initiatives, reporting, and optimization of ads, audiences, and landing pages.

Skills (Essential/Desirable)

Essential:

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms, with expertise in Google Ads (including Performance Max) and Meta Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and visualization.
  • Experience with budget management, performance pacing, ROI optimization, and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel campaign execution and growth experimentation.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a detail-oriented and organized approach.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Amazon Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, or programmatic advertising.
  • Knowledge of Google Merchant Center, feed management tools, or marketing automation (e.g., Supermetrics).
  • Understanding of eCommerce, subscription models, or app marketing.
  • Skills in attribution modeling, data dashboards, or advanced optimization techniques.
