About the role:

Your role purpose is to enable effortless home improvement through supporting tradies to build and expand their businesses by accessing new clients and leveraging Builderscrack digital marketing tools.

In this newly created 3-month fixed term contract, you'll follow up with previous and potential Builderscrack customers and provide information about joining the Builderscrack platform by communicating the key benefits of the web based advertising new customers will receive as a valued partner of Builderscrack. You'll work to understand the reasons the customer has not completed signup or is no longer using the service and overcome objections to resubscribe these tradies to Builderscrack (either on a paid package or a free trial). 

You know you're successful when you're converting a high volume of customers, meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs, and you’re able to use your knowledge of the Builderscrack product to leverage higher sales conversion rates and revenue.

How you will add value: 

  • 📞Managing a high volume of outbound calls to leads in order to arrange a 21-day free trial or subscription signup (100+ calls and 210+ minutes per day)
  • 📲Activating trials and working to convert these to paid accounts at the end of the trial period
  • 🎯Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s and sales targets (essential)
  • 💻Assisting tradies in creating or improving their accounts/profiles so they can be successful
  • 💰Explaining the key benefits and ROI of Builderscrack to potential clients
  • 👍Handling customers objections
  • 🫡Closing the sale and signing up new members
  • 👷Developing and maintaining accurate product knowledge
  • 💬Liaising with relevant internal departments to ensure that client’s needs are met
  • ✍️Effective note taking on all client interactions and input into CRM system
  • 👍Convince tradies to renew onto the platform that may have unsubscribed

About you:

  • Sales experience in a high volume phone-based role, preferably in a call centre sales environment. 
  • Preferred experience working to sales targets and KPIs.
