The Marketing team at UpGuard includes multiple marketing and design functions, including Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Marketing Ops, Content Marketing, SEO, Community, Design, and Video. UpGuard’s vision is to become a leader in the markets we play in (Cyber VRM, Attack Surface Management) by providing a best-in-class SaaS platform for organizations to manage their third-party risk and external attack surface. Our purpose as a Marketing team is to facilitate this goal by growing UpGuard with a repeatable and scalable marketing engine and a leading brand.
Where does this role fit in?
As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be pivotal in driving the growth of our attack surface management product. You’ll advocate for the features that delight our users and drive our growth, creating messaging and campaigns to launch them. You will oversee the creation and execution of product launches and strong competitive positioning, keeping UpGuard front and centre in the minds of industry analysts and the market.
What will you do?
Craft differentiated positioning and messaging for our attack surface management product Partner with the Product team as the voice of our customers, GTM teams, and the market to help shape product roadmapsLaunch new, innovative features into the market that cut through the noisy landscapeUnderstand the market landscape of the attack surface management and digital risk protection space – including TAM/SAM, competitors, packaging & pricing, and much moreBuild core sales and marketing assets such as pitch decks, enablement training, and core messaging for technical contentBe a subject matter expert for our Sales and broader Marketing team and represent UpGuard at industry events and conferences
What do we need from you?
4+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS product marketing for a technical product A passion for connecting with customers and understanding pain pointsYou can hold your own in conversations with our Product and executive teamYou love getting your hands dirty - to get a campaign moving, you’re happy to mock up a landing page for a designer to polish, create screen recordings, and occasionally write your own copyYou're comfortable presenting UpGuard’s products to C-level execs and industry analystsYou're data-driven and can make relevant inferences from tools such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, and Mixpanel to drive decision-making
