Role Overview:
We’re looking for an open-minded, creative and data-driven Social Ads Specialist to drive Finder’s paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok - while being open to other channels. You’ll be responsible for campaign results and have freedom across targeting, budget management and creative strategy. Collaborating with creative and analytics teams, you’ll test new ideas, refine strategies, and deliver measurable growth.
This role is for a 6-month contract, with the potential to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage ad campaigns for Finder across all paid social platforms (with a focus on Meta and TikTok)
- Manage the performances of your media campaigns which include but are not limited to objective optimisations, audience targeting, creative changes, bid pacing, exclusions, budget changes, split tests etc.
- Implement and test new strategy, tactics and platform features to identify best-performing strategies and maximise social campaign performance
- Work with our measurement team to understand causality and incremental uplift of paid social campaigns
Desired Experience and Skills
- Proven experience leading large-scale paid social campaigns across Meta and/or TikTok
- Experience producing social creatives including concepting, scripting, filming, editing and optimisation
- Experience at a creative agency or working with them professionally
- Data-driven mindset, you’re able to speak confidently about metrics like CPMs, CPCs, CPAs, ROAS
- Growth mindset, not everything will work but you’re willing to test and learn to get closer to your goals
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills
- Passion for empowering Australians through financial education
