Join THE ICONIC as our Organisational Development Manager and play a key role in shaping the future of our culture! Reporting to the Head of OD & TA, this role will see you driving strategic initiatives across talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational growth. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership and P&C teams to develop strategies that foster a high-performance culture, improve engagement, and uplift capability. 

About the role

  • Support the development and implementation of key OD initiatives across the business including engagement, talent and leadership & learning.
  • Lead employee engagement surveys and guide senior leadership in effective action planning.
  • Promote a positive organisational culture through our internal listening strategy and recognition programs.
  • Design and launch leadership development initiatives, including the People Leaders Forum and  Leader Programs.
  • Support the development of THE ICONIC’s Leadership Learning Strategy.
  • Design and implement the performance review process and support the business in developing a high performance culture. 
  • Implement a talent management framework to identify and develop high-potential employees.
  • Develop succession plans to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Lead the design and delivery of THE ICONIC’s Learning Strategy and Mandatory Learning Program.
  • Review and re-launch THE ICONIC’s Learning Management Platform (LMS)
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and P&C to identify key improvement areas and manage relationships with external vendors to maximize value in supporting strategic goals.
  • Influence and build trusted relationships with leaders at all levels of the business.
  • Use data-driven insights to assess the impact of OD initiatives and improve outcomes.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on employee engagement, compliance, and development.

What Success Looks like…

  • Proven experience in Organisational Development, Learning & Development, or a similar role ideally in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong strategic planning and implementation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
  • Experience managing employee engagement programs, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition initiatives.
  • A solid background in leadership development, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Superior communication skills with the ability and adaptability to tailor to suit audience needs and get the best outcomes
  • Ability to build solid stakeholder relationships and be a trusted advisor
  • Successfully manage multiple, time critical priorities with a sense of urgency, high level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Experience in successfully managing key projects and initiatives
