As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an Internal Communications Manager to help build a world-class internal communications function. Reporting to the Head of Communications and working closely with our People and Culture team, this is a unique opportunity to shape how we communicate internally, with a focus on enterprise-wide communications.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating alignment, driving clarity, and connecting people to a shared mission. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our global team of 800+ feels informed, inspired, and connected as we continue to grow.

How you will spend your time:

  • Building the function: Establishing and developing a best-in-class internal communications function from the ground up, creating frameworks, processes, and tools that scale with SafetyCulture.
  • Enterprise communications: Partnering with leadership to craft and deliver impactful internal announcements, ensuring alignment and clarity across teams.
  • Storytelling: Developing creative ways to share updates, amplify product launches, celebrate wins, and reinforce our mission, vision, and values.
  • Leadership support: Working closely with senior leaders to refine messaging and ensure consistency in how we communicate across the company.
  • Strategy refinement: Helping to shape our internal comms strategy, making decisions informed by employee insights and business needs.
  • Measurement & Iteration: Defining our success metrics, measuring impact, and continuously improving our communication practices.
  • About you:

  • 5+ years of internal communications experience, ideally in a fast-growing organization.
  • A track record of crafting engaging enterprise communications that drive alignment and understanding.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a knack for simplifying complex information.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive communication initiatives.
  • Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills, paired with the ability to execute at a high level.
