Are you a go-getter with a knack for building connections? Prezzee is on the hunt for an Account Executive to join our dynamic Sales team! As an Account Executive, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth, forging strong bonds with new and potential B2B clients across the ANZ market. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning opportunities into successes, this role is tailor-made for you!

This is a 12 month contract, hybrid role, based in Melbourne, Australia  

About the role: 

Onboarding Wizardry:

  • Welcome new clients with open arms, validating and onboarding inbound registrations.
  • Speak confidently and knowledgeably about the Prezzee product, establishing yourself as the go-to expert in loyalty and rewards.

Conversion Champion:

  • Ensure new customers are not just onboarded but are also driving sales.
  • Take charge of converting new customers and identifying upselling opportunities, educating clients on the benefits of the Smart card.
  • Lead product demos, set up co-branded cards, and address customer-specific needs to guarantee a seamless B2B client experience.

Relationship Builder Extraordinaire:

  • Engage proactively with new clients to build and nurture ongoing relationships.
  • Develop new connections and foster existing ones—cold calling and following up on inbound leads are second nature to you.

Opportunity Seeker:

  • Reconnect with customers who don't have an account manager and inspire them to increase their spend.
  • Seek referrals from current customers to uncover new business leads.
  • Drive lead generation by researching organisations and uncovering new business opportunities, sharing your findings with the broader sales team.

Business Process Maestro:

  • Collaborate closely with the Prezzee customer care and tech teams to address and resolve key issues.
  • Validate leads and registrations, triaging to relevant industry leads within the inbound team.
  • Manage corporate inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Qualify high-value inbound leads and pass them on to the outbound team.
  • Develop and maintain essential tools such as knowledge base articles, user guides, and API product catalogues.
  • Own the reporting process, demonstrating your drive to achieve company and team targets and meet individual KPIs.

  • Your organisational and administrative skills are top-notch.
  • Juggling various tasks and staying organised is your forte.
  • You have a keen understanding of qualifying leads and spotting opportunities.
  • Your relationship management skills are exceptional.
  • Your strong written skills enable you to produce compelling sales collateral.
  • You exude professionalism in all interactions.
  • Background in Sales or Customer Service is a bonus
