About The Role đ¤:Web3 is transforming how players experience gamesâand weâre looking for a visionary Creative Lead to shape that future. In this role, youâll define and protect Immutableâs visual and emotional identity across every touchpoint in the Immutable ecosystem. Youâll be responsible for ensuring that everything we ship doesnât just workâit feels unmistakably Immutable. This isnât just about design excellence; itâs about crafting a cohesive, inspiring brand universe that brings magic to every interaction.
As our Creative Lead, your mission will be to Unify all design touchpointsâfrom product interfaces to brand campaigns and social engagementâinto a single, irresistible narrative that accelerates Immutableâs adoption by studios and player.
You will define and protect Immutableâs visual and emotional identityâensuring every product (Play Feed, Game-Fi, Audience Builder) feels unmistakably âusâ while pushing the boundaries of web3 gaming design.
Youâll own the end-to-end brand experienceâfrom product vision through to scalable systems. Youâll collaborate with product, growth, and design teams to push the boundaries of what Web3 gaming can look and feel like. Your work will help establish Immutable as a category-defining leader in game design and brand expressionâuniting emotional storytelling, innovative interaction, and next-gen visuals to build the future of gaming.
