About the Role:

We’re looking for a seasoned senior engineer to help lead the development of our Rebates product. Rebates, whether paid or received, are central to our customers’ businesses. It’s a complex space, full of interesting challenges: perfect for an engineer who wants to make a meaningful impact.

You’ll:

• Help shape the architectural direction of the product
• Influence the product roadmap and strategic decisions
• Collaborate closely with product, UX, and other engineering teams
• Lead by example, mentoring and supporting other engineers
• Foster a positive, high-performing team culture

About You:

You’re a confident, experienced full-stack developer with a lean toward the front end and a strong bias for action. You enjoy solving tough problems and take pride in delivering clean, elegant solutions. You're collaborative, growth-oriented, and love seeing a team thrive.

You bring:

• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and either Java or C#
• Solid AWS and NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB) knowledge
• A team-first mindset: outgoing, supportive, and energising to work with
• A thirst for learning, feedback, and continuous improvement
• A drive to simplify complexity and build software that lasts
